According to an official statement from airport authorities on Thursday, the flight originated from Varna, a prominent coastal city on the Black Sea. This arrival signals the beginning of a fresh influx of international tourists to the Herzegovina region.
While the visitors are primarily based in Neum for the duration of their stay, the itinerary includes extensive tours of southern Bosnia and Herzegovina, focusing on both natural landscapes and cultural-historical sites.
This flight represents the first of 16 scheduled charter rotations between Bulgaria and Bosnia. The remaining flights, which are already fully booked, will continue to operate on the Varna–Mostar and Sofia–Mostar routes.
