A number of NGOs organized a candle-light vigil in memory of the victims of the Srebrenica genocide in front of the Serbian Presidency building on Monday.

The gathering also presented a Facebook/Instagram app which lists the names of the victims when a phone camera is pointed at the Serbian parliament. The app named Pamtimo (We Remember) was authored by Mija David who said her project is a virtual memorial to the victims of Srebrenica because there is no real monument in Serbia.

The NGOs want the Serbian authorities to declare July 11 a day of remembrance of the victims of the genocide committed in Srebrenica by Bosnian Serb forces in the summer of 1995.
