The polling station, designated 068B005 in the Knezevo basic electoral unit, was unable to open today because severe weather conditions prevented the delivery of electoral materials. The CEC announced that the postponed elections at this location will now take place on Sunday, November 30, 2025.

The CEC also released the latest turnout data, showing that by 3:00 PM, a total of 322,239 citizens, or 26% of eligible voters, had cast their ballots for the RS president.

Observation coalition reports significant irregularities

The observation coalition "Pod lupom" (Under the Magnifying Glass) released its key findings on Election Day monitoring up to 3 pm, reporting a total of 24 serious electoral irregularities. These included:

  • Shortages of necessary electoral material (6 cases).
  • Violations of the election silence period (5 cases).
  • Prohibition of election observation (2 cases).
  • Pressures on voters (3 cases).
  • Unauthorized publication of public opinion poll results (2 cases).

Other recurring irregularities recorded across multiple polling stations included family voting (observed at 32.9% of polling stations), voters being turned away because they were not on the Central Voters' Register extract (over 30% of polling stations), and instances of voting without proper identification checks (2.5% of polling stations).

Observers from "Pod lupom" have filed 3 objections regarding the work of the polling committees and have submitted 7 official initiatives to the CEC for ex officio action concerning irregularities. In one specific case in Brcko District, the Coalition called the police due to a report of voter intimidation.
