Christiane Amanpour to visit Bosnia during Sarajevo Film Festival

Amanpour is featured in Kiss the Future, film by Nenad Cicin-Sain, which tells the story about Sarajevo under the siege, its underground music community and a post-war U2 concert.

The film that was produced by Matt Damon and Ben Affleck will open this year's festival edition.

Amanpour stayed in Bosnia as a young reporter during the 1992-95 war, conveying the messages of innocent civilians to the world.

She spoke to N1 about her experience in Sarajevo, stressing that what was happening in the Bosnian capital, other cities and villages, particularly in Srebrenica, determined her generation and the way she views morality.
