The Afghanistan story is far from over, in fact, it is only just beginning. We are witnessing the brutality of the Taliban regime every day, they have not changed as they have campaigned during their advancement in August.
What are we missing in the Afghanistan story and what is there really to be expected now all foreign powers are definitely gone from Afghanistan?
"I've been to Afghanistan many times, went to the schools there, met with them, spoke to them, spoke to their parents, to their mothers and fathers. The fall of the Taliban followed by the US and NATO invasion was the most welcoming change for them. And now, the level of fear, disappointment and sadness is real," said Sciutto.
