Croatian President Zoran Milanovic is in Mostar on Friday, where he is taking part in the central ceremony marking the 30th anniversary of the Croatian Defense Council (HVO).
As previously announced by the Croatian President's Office, he also planned to participate in the central ceremony marking the 30th anniversary of the founding of the HVO.
Milanovic laid wreaths and lit candles in front of the Central Monument to Croat Veterans at 11:45 am.

It was also announced that he would posthumously award Ivo Lozancic the Order of Prince Domagoj with a necklace for his proven courage and heroism in the war and the Order of Ban Jelacic for extremely successful command of HVO units and for the overall merits in their organization of the Mostar, Tomislavgrad, Vitez and Orasje Military Areas.
