COVID-19 vaccination begins in Bosnia's RS entity this week

Last week, 2,000 doses of the Russian vaccine, which the RS procured, arrived in BiH.
RS Health Minister, Alen Seranic, said another 200,000 doses for 100,000 people are expected to arrive in the second half of February and the same amount by mid-March.

On Monday, Bosnia’s Agency for Medicinal Products and Medical Devices approved the Russian Sputnik V vaccine for use.

Seranic explained that vaccination will begin either on Wednesday or Thursday and that the health workers in COVID-19 departments will be the first to be vaccinated.
