Croatia has donated 30,000 doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine to Bosnia and Herzegovina, half of which will go to the University Clinic in Mostar, and the other 15,000 doses will be distributed to the rest of the country, Croatian Interior Minister Davor Bozinovic and BiH Civil Minister Ankica Gudeljevic said Monday.
The donation is based on the Decision of the Croatian Government on humanitarian aid to neighbouring countries, and it will donate another 20 thousand doses to Montenegro and Kosovo.
“There are no separate solutions when we talk about the fight against Covid, no country can have the luxury of fighting alone, because this is a global pandemic,” Bozinovic said.
Minister Gudeljevic explained that the vaccines were distributed according to the wishes of the Croatian government.
