In the past 24 hours, 43 coronavirus cases and five deaths have been registered in Croatia, the national COVID-19 crisis management team said on Monday.

There are 1,243 active cases, including 580 hospitalised patients, 49 of whom are on ventilators, while 7,998 persons are self-isolating.

To date, Croatia has registered 357,608 coronavirus cases, 8,091 deaths, and 348,274 recoveries, including 277 in the past 24 hours.

A total of 2,047,218 persons have been tested for the virus, including 1,989 in the past 24 hours.

To date, 1,903,673 vaccine doses have been administered, with 1,338,154 persons receiving one dose and 565,519 both.
