In the last 24 hours, Croatia has performed 5,219 coronavirus tests and 198, that is 3.8%, have returned positive, while there have been 19 deaths linked to COVID-19, the national COVID-19 response team said on Sunday.
Currently, there are 2,298 active cases, and of them, 943 are being treated for COVID-19 in hospitals, including 89 on ventilators.
There are now 12,526 people in self-isolation.
To date, a total of 1,266,189 persons have been tested for the virus.
Since February 25 last year, when the first case of the disease was identified in Croatia, there have been 237,657 registered cases of coronavirus and 5,318 people have died as a consequence while 230,041 have recovered, including 332 in the past 24 hours.
