The deal was finalised after BiH’s competition authority ruled the transaction did not require prior notification under competition law.
Franck said all employees at the Posusje plant would join the Zagreb-based company, ensuring business continuity while improving operational processes.
The acquisition builds on Franck’s existing direct distribution of its products in BiH, which has now been expanded across all sales channels as part of a strategy to boost competitiveness, efficiency and its product range.
Under the expanded portfolio, Franck will also distribute Branck coffee and Chio snack products, with a gradual integration of the brands into its sales and distribution network planned in the coming period.
