Cvijanovic asks UNSC to vote on Schmidt’s appointment in BiH

“I am speaking at a decisive moment for Bosnia and Herzegovina. Although I currently chair the Presidency, today I am speaking in my capacity as a member of the Presidency elected by the citizens of Republika Srpska. The Dayton Agreement was not a perfect solution, but it was an act of courageous diplomacy.
