The video was publicly released by the Mayor of Banja Luka, Drasko Stanivukovic.
The footage shows Djajic in the presence of a man who places a bag containing a white powdery substance in front of him. During the conversation captured in the video, sums of €30,000 and €40,000 are mentioned, as well as police.
Stanivukovic accompanied the video with the following message:
"Nenad Radinkovic, a convicted criminal and murderer, with the director of the largest health institution in Republika Srpska, Vlado Djajic! We expect clear and concrete answers from all actors in the video, as well as the competent institutions, as soon as possible."
The leader of the SNSD, the largest political party in the RS, Milorad Dodik, also reacted, stating briefly that "Djajic has relieved himself of all party functions."
Као и сви, јутрос сам упознат са снимком у којем се Владо Ђајић налази у разговору и присуствуje ситуацији која укључује наркотике.

In comments to some media outlets, Djajic has already denied the allegations, stating that it is a "classic setup."
An official investigation into the content and circumstances of the video's creation has not yet been confirmed.
