The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina partially accepted the request of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH and extended the detention of the suspended President of the BiH Court, Ranko Debevec, and the former director of the Intelligence and Security Agency (OSA), Osman Mehmedagić, for another month, N1 learns.
Ranko Debevec and Osman Mehmedagic were arrested on Monday, December 18 last year, by order of the BiH Prosecutor's Office.
The Prosecutor's Office accuses them of abuse of office and falsification of official documents.
Specifically, they suspect that the two had, allegedly, requested wiretapping warrants from the Court of BiH on the basis of falsified OSA BiH reports, which Debevec then approved, all in agreement with Mehmedagic.
They claim that documentation related to those actions was destroyed, more precisely, some 60 wiretapping warrants were destroyed.
