Out of the total pool of submitted requests, 35,455 voters have successfully fulfilled all prescribed criteria, while administrative processing for another 6,841 files remains active. An additional 3,835 applications failed to meet initial regulatory requirements, though authorities confirmed these entries will undergo secondary reviews to ascertain the exact grounds for rejection.

Central Election Commission representatives previously emphasized that implementing a digital registration framework represented a crucial modernization effort aimed at simplifying absentee ballot access for citizens residing abroad. Despite these technological updates, diaspora organizations contend that the framework continues to pose structural challenges. Critics point out that the procedure mandates repeated registration for every distinct electoral cycle alongside the requirement to submit physical postal ballots.
