Dodik: Agreement accepted in Brussels represents a complete defeat for Komsic

According to the Bosnian Serb member of the tripartite BiH Presidency, many things which representatives of the country's Republika Srpska (RS) entity complained about in the agreement BiH political representatives accepted in Brussels on Sunday were taken into account and that, while “nothing was signed”, the final document represents a “complete defeat” for his Bosnian Croat colleague in the Presidency, Zeljko Komsic, because it mentions the concept of “constituent peoples” in BiH.
