Dodik criticises UN's Guterres for accepting Komsic as Bosnia's representative

Serb member of Bosnia's tripartite Presidency Milorad Dodik slammed Presidency Chairman and its Croat member Zeljko Komsic, over the speech he delivered at the UN General Assembly's session on Wednesday and for his attendance of this event, claiming that Komsic did not speak there on behalf of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
