The president of the Bosnia’s Republika Srpska (RS9 entity Milorad Dodik filed criminal charges against the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina Christian Schmidt and Dragan Prusina, the director of the Official Gazette of BiH.
According to Dodik, he submitted a criminal complaint against Schmidt to the District Public Prosecutor's Office in Banja Luka because “he has been dealing with the affairs of the High Representative without authorization for a long time, for which there is no decision of the UN Security Council”.
“With the intention of causing damage to the RS, Schmidt falsely presents himself as an official, knowing that he was not appointed in accordance with Annex 10 of the Dayton Peace Agreement. By doing so, he committed the criminal acts of unauthorized practice of a certain profession and false representation under Articles 310 and 313 of the Criminal Code of the RS,” the entity President concluded.
He stated that he filed a criminal complaint against Dragan Prusina to the BiH Prosecutor's Office because, as the director of the Official Gazette of BiH, he “knowingly, violated the law, and used his influence, actions and decisions to enable the publication of the decisions of the ‘so-called’ High Representative in the Official Gazette of BiH, resulting in a serious violation of the rights of the RS”.
“Thus, Prusina committed criminal acts of abuse of position and unconscionable work in the service under Articles 220 and 224 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina,” added Dodik.
