Dodik officially steps down as RS President, transfers authority to HDZ vice president

Davor Pranjic, Vice President of BiH's Republika Srpska (RS) entity, has signed the decree proclaiming the Law on Amendments to the Law on Police and Internal Affairs, formally confirming that Milorad Dodik has transferred his presidential powers to Pranjić.
