Bosniak Presidency member of Bosnia’s tripartite Presidency, Sefik Dzaferovic, will travel to New York and attend the UN Security Council session with “out authorisation” where he will express private views, Serb Presidency member Milorad Dodik said on the occasion of the upcoming UNSC session that will deal with the High Representative’s report on the situation in the country.

“My primary question is tomorrow's session of the UN Security Council, a way of attempting again through the unauthorized presence of Dzaferovic and his associates to reiterate private views without agreeing on anything, which allows us [Serbs] to behave in the same way,” said Dodik at the beginning of his address.

In his opinion, the Presidency has failed and regulations are being misused and Constitution broken.

“In order for anyone to go to the session, he must have a decision of the BiH Presidency. But such a decision doesn’t exist. If he is already going on, the usual practice was to ensure a joint determination of positions. This is an abuse of procedure in cooperation with some western countries. It is indicative that this time the State Department praised him, which speaks of the fact that the visa was hastily given to Dzaferovic, the American Embassy did it on Sunday,”

Dodik added that “Sarajevo's political circle and several Western embassies are working to make this country unitary, to break up the Dayton Agreement and destroy it.”

in his opinion, the international factor led by the USA and Great Britain is absolutely on the side of Muslims in BiH, which he believes is a wrong policy that will not help stabilize the country. On the contrary, he said it would only help dismantle it.

“I wrote to the members of the Security Council that Dzaferovic was expressing his private views there. If they accept such attitudes, then the strongest forces in the world, especially the Western ones, support the disintegration of BiH,” said Dodik, among other things.

On Wednesday, BiH Presidency member Sefik Dzaferovic and the High Representative in BiH, Christian Schmidt, who was not allowed to address at the previous session, should address the UN Security Council.
