Dodik signs laws banning BiH state judicial institutions in Republika Srpska

President of Bosnia’s Republika Srpska (RS) entity Milorad Dodik signed decrees on Thursday evening, officially enacting laws passed by the National Assembly of Republika Srpska (NSRS) that ban the operations of the Court and Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), and the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) within the entity.
