Dodik tells Várhely RS conclusions are within Bosnia's Constitution

Republika Srpska remains committed to peace, dialogue and the BiH Constitution and it expects that all open issues in BiH will be resolved by agreement of legally elected political representatives of all three peoples, the cabinet of the Serb Presidency member said.

During the meeting, they also talked about the functioning of BiH institutions, and in that context, Dodik reminded Várhelyi of the position of the RSNA and expressed the expectation that the ban on genocide denial and glorification of war crimes imposed by former High Representative to BiH Valentin Inzko would be annulled.

Dodik reiterated that Christian Schmidt cannot be accepted as High Representative until he obtains "the legitimacy provided by the Dayton Agreement".
