The President of Bosnia’s Republika Srpska (RS) entity, Milorad Dodik, said that with the new Law on Immovable Property, "the Republika Srpska will return its jurisdiction to all property, including that which was previously transferred to BiH,” pointing out that "the issue has been resolved because, according to the Dayton Agreement, the property belongs to the entities.”
“If you steal our property, you have broken Bosnia and Herzegovina. We will not be in that BiH. This team of people will not discuss this issue in the Parliamentary Assembly or the Council of Ministers because the issue has been resolved,” Dodik told reporters in Banja Luka.
Referring to the earlier decision of the BiH Constitutional Court on the temporary repeal of the Law on Immovable Property for the functioning of RS authorities, Dodik stated that “no court in the world passes temporary measures,” adding that “no one will seize the RS property.”
“We tried to adapt to the earlier verdict. We thought that was enough. We will return all property to the jurisdiction of the Republika Srpska in the next law that will be on the agenda,” Dodik stressed.
“We will break away Republika Srpska if you try to steal our property. If it's a question of take it or leave it, we'll take it so they leave it,” the RS President said.
He stated that the EU is not the only path, adding that “the Union is not managed by politicians in Brussels.”
The RS President pointed out that the fate of the EU is questionable, that is, “it will disintegrate after the withdrawal of the USA from Europe.”
“We are still on the European path, but we are not on the NATO path nor will we ever be. NATO is a defensive alliance, not an offensive one, but it attacked us twice and dumped depleted uranium on us. That's why we won't be members because you killed our unborn children. This means that you had something historically against this people,” Dodik concluded.
