Edward P. Joseph, a professor at the Johns Hopkins University and former OSCE employee in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo spoke to N1, analysing the position of the US administration and the European Union regarding the electoral reform in Bosnia and Herzegovina. He also commented on the moves of the leading politicians in Bosnia and Herzegovina or as he called them, "the nationalists in power", as well as the decisions of High Representative Christian Schmidt.
