Professor Joseph on electoral reform: Now is time for solutions, not polemics

Edward P. Joseph, a professor at the Johns Hopkins University and former OSCE employee in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo spoke to N1, analysing the position of the US administration and the European Union regarding the electoral reform in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
