Field exercise NICS Mostar 2021 gathered on Wednesday the representatives of Bosnia's state and entity institutions and agencies, who will for two next days be trained on the use of the Next-Generation Incident Command System (NICS) during state of natural disaster.
The event held under auspices of the EU military deployment in Bosnia and Herzegovina (EUFOR) has gathered 22 rescue teams, 185 members of the protection and rescue services as well as 28 vehicles and helicopters, according to the Bosnian Ministry of Security.
The exercise will focus on cooperation and exchange of information between institutions in Bosnia's protection and rescue services.
N1 crew covering the event took the flight from Sarajevo to Mostar on EUFOR's helicopter and made aerial footage of the landscape between the two cities. (see the video below)
