The Employers' Association of Bosnia's Federation (FBiH) entity called on over 22,000 of its members to donate funds for the purchase of vaccines against the coronavirus for their workers and residents of the local communities in which they operate.

Several members have already addressed the Association with the initiative to donate funds for the purchase of vaccines, so that part of the vaccines would be used to vaccinate their employees, and the other, larger part, to vaccinate the population in the local community in which they operate.

In accordance with these initiatives, the Association contacted the Office of the FBiH Prime Minister, the FBiH Ministry of Health and the FBiH Institute of Public Health in order to coordinate this activity with the competent FBiH and cantonal institutions.

The authorities said if the greater interest of companies is expressed, they would begin implementing this activity with the competent institutions of the FBiH and its cantons.
