Fire breaks out again at the Uborak landfill near Mostar

After the fire was brought under control yesterday and efforts began to cover the affected waste disposal sections with sand, the situation at the fire site worsened again on Wednesday.

Firefighting teams are on the ground and are making maximum efforts to bring the situation under control.

Residents of Mostar, especially those living in the northern neighborhoods, are being advised as a precaution to immediately close the windows of their homes, minimize time spent outdoors as much as possible, and activate the internal air recirculation system on cooling devices (such as air conditioners).
