The first-instance disciplinary commission of Bosnia’s top judicial institution dismissed the country’s Chief Prosecutor, Gordana Tadic, and downgraded her to the position of a state prosecutor due to offences related to the automatic assignment of criminal cases and security checks.
Tadic failed to introduce the system that automatically distributes cases to prosecutors, the commission determined.
She can appeal the commission’s ruling within eight days.
During that period she will continue to perform the duties of the chief prosecutor.
