Mortal remains of five war victims were exhumed at the Joseva location in Bratunac, eastern Bosnia and Herzegovina, according to the Missing Persons Institute.
The institute said that the victims are most likely Bosniaks who were killed at their homes in May 1992, and then buried at this location.
The experts who attended the exhumation said all victims are women, presumably three adult women and two girls. The bodies were discovered in two joint and one individual grave.
The exhumation was carried out under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and at the Court's order, the Institute said.
