Foreign Minister: Saudi prince says he will lobby for Bosnia internationally

Konakovic held a telephone conversation with Saudi FM and provided an update on the current political situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

According to the Foreign Affairs Ministry statement, Konakovic informed the Saudi minister about the current anti-constitutional activities carried out by the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, Bosnia's Serb-majority region, as well as the efforts made by the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina to prevent such activities and preserve the country's territorial integrity and sovereignty.

"Saudi Arabia reaffirmed its unwavering support for Bosnia and Herzegovina’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, as well as its commitment to regional peace and stability. H.H. Prince Faisal Al Saud announced his official visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina in the near future, further strengthening bilateral relations," BiH Foreign Affairs Ministry wrote on its X account.

The Saudi FM announced lobbying and support within international circles for the preservation of peace and stability in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

He also announced an official visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina in the near future, which will further strengthen friendly and business relations between the two countries.
