House of Peoples BiH sends Election Law amendments to regular procedure

The proposal submitted by the SDA did not have the majority of votes to be considered under the abbreviated procedure. Therefore, it will be considered in the regular procedure.

The delegates also refused to urgently consider the Draft Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorist Activities. This Bill will go to further harmonization.

The delegates adopted the Amendments to the Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council. Yesterday, these amendments were adopted by the BiH Parliament’s House of Representatives.
