Dodik said earlier he would hand over the Order of RS on a necklace to Orban. On this occasion, the city of Banja Luka was decorated with Hungarian flags.

The Hungarian prime minister was awarded the said Order during the unconstitutional January 9 holiday which is marked as the Day of RS, which Orban did not attend.

The Hungarian leader is one of Dodik’s key pro-Russian allies.
