The President of the Republic of Italy, Sergio Mattarella, welcomed the BiH Presidency Chairman, Denis Becirovic, with the highest state and military honours at the Quirinale Palace in Rome.

The official visit to the Republic of Italy is a continuation of Becirovic’s intensive diplomatic activities. This is BiH Presidency’s first official visit to Italy after seventeen years.

After the reception in Rome, the meeting between Becirovic and Mattarella began.

President Mattarella will also host a festive lunch in honour of Chairman Becirovic, the BiH Presidency announced.
