BiH Presidency member Zeljko Komsic met with the Assistant Secretary of State of the United States (US) for European and Eurasian Affairs James O'Brien in Washington.
At the State Department meeting, which lasted more than an hour, several important topics were discussed in the context of the challenges that Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as all the countries of the Western Balkans, are currently facing.
Special attention was paid to the current political situation in BiH and its progress on the road to Euro-Atlantic integration.
The importance of the intensified continuation of reforms that will enable the acceleration of integration processes and the improvement of the quality of life of all citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina was noted.
Assistant Secretary of State James O'Brien reiterated the US support to Bosnia in those reform processes, as well as the continuation of constructive and friendly relations between our two countries, Komsic's cabinet noted.
