BiH Serb Presidency member Milorad Dodik asked for a discussion during the BiH Presidency session Wednesday, citing the fact that “two new states have emerged on the territory of Ukraine,” Croat Presidency member Zeljko Komsic said after the session noting that this is something that is unacceptable to him and it is something that almost no one in the world has recognized.
Dodik asked to discuss the creation of “two new states on the territory of Ukraine, Said Komsic, adding that Dodik stormed out of the Presidency session after his proposal was rejected.
After his proposal to amend the session agenda was dismissed with two votes against and one vote in favour (his own), Komsic said he held a speech where he expressed some baseless political statements.
“That is something that's unacceptable to me as one's opinion and it is something that almost no one in the world has recognized. I don’t know that any other country has recognized that (the self-proclaimed people's republics of Donetsk and Luhansk) except Russia. We can’t discuss these things on the basis of these facts. That was Dodik's final speech before leaving the BiH Presidency session,” Komsic said.
“I think that Dodik is carrying out the agreed plans with the Russian Federation. I think that the further goal is to destabilize BiH, it is clear that there is a plan. That plan has obviously been initiated and is being implemented on the basis of an agreement and talks with [Russian Foreign Minister Sergey] Lavrov,” he pointed out.
