Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti asked Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic at the Western Balkans Leaders’ Summit in Montenegro on Thursday to hand over Milan Radoicic to the Kosovo authorities.
Radoicic is suspected of involvement in the September 24, 2023, armed attack in Banjska, northern Kosovo, in which four people were killed.
Kurti said good neighbourly relations and “mutual recognition of Kosovo and Serbia” are of vital importance for the Western Balkans.
“For this reason, I am asking Serbia to hand over to Kosovo Milan Radoicic and his paramilitary group, which killed our sergeant Afrim Bunjaku on September 24,” Kurti said.
