Among those detained is Elmedin Voloder, former director of the FBiH Motorways (Autoceste FBiH), along with other former executives of the company. They are suspected of corruption-related crimes, including conspiracy to commit criminal acts, abuse of office and authority, signing damaging contracts, and money laundering.
More than 100 police officers are involved in this large-scale operation. Sources indicate that this is a serious case involving significant financial damage, with alleged fraud related to a highway section leading toward Mostar.
Authorities have clarified that this case is not connected to Voloder’s previous arrest, which was carried out under the orders of the Prosecutor's Office of the Zenica-Doboj Canton.
