“Salaries in the Parliament are paid on the third working day, I have not received my salary, I don’t know if the contributions have been paid, either”, said Cavara.

“Anyone who finds themselves in such a situation feels hurt by the very fact that you were marked as someone on the black list, without the possibility to defend yourself and keep in mind I also have a family, two children who are studying. Their rights are also threatened, and they don't know why. Everyone has the right to a trial, to defend themselves, and in the end, you find out that you have been convicted and that the sentence will be increased and you don't know why,” he added.

When asked whether he would initiate court proceedings, he said:

“How can one without a salary initiate court proceedings? It costs a lot of money”.

“The US is the most powerful country in the world. No country uses that right if you look at who is blacklisted. Each for different reasons. Someone made the wrong assessment or political stance, that's a shock you can't accept. With what right, based on which court process? In the end, someone works to make your life difficult and take away your human rights. All those mobsters have the right to an account, to a salary, and you don't,” Cavara noted.

“I have always worked to protect the constitutional and legal order of BiH, I tried to explain the political situation in BiH that it’s a spin in which those who blocked the Federation (FBiH) entity are saying that someone else did it. They managed to plant a story that I was blocking something and then I have no opportunity to explain further,” Cavara told N1.

He confirmed that all the banks used the right to unilaterally terminate the contract with him, saying that Addiko Bank terminated his account as did Nova Banka.

Cavara concluded by saying that with this his basic human rights were violated.
