Montenegrin Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports on Wednesday cancelled a consulting contract with an expert after he glorified Ratko Mladic, a convicted war criminal, sentenced to life by the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (IRMCT) on Tuesday.
Vladimir Vukovic posted on his Facebook profile a panegyric to Mladic after the IRCMT ruling.
“After persistently ignoring the Ministry’s official warnings and attracting constant negative media attention to the institution he is engaged with as an external expert, Vladimir Vukovic’s contract was terminated,” the Ministry said in a statement.
