“And while, in my opinion, and without exaggeration, the eccentric lunatic (Milorad Dodik) entertains the public and the people by playing with an accordionist in the building of the Presidency of BiH, plays the role of a false Serb and shames the Serb people by behaving like a court madman in the centre of Sarajevo, his henchmen are making some dangerous decision in the shadow, at the directive of the lunatic,” Vukanovic said.

“According to my information which I got from very reliable sources from the Government of Republika Srpska, a Draft Law on the Passport, Identity Card and Citizenship of the Republika Srpska should be adopted at today's (Tuesday) Government session, which will be sent to the parliamentary procedure in early November, and it will be submitted to the deputies of the RS National Assembly,” Vukanovic said, publishing a photo of the RS passport that Dodik shared on the eve of the 2018 elections.

“Dodik is playing dangerous games, he wants to turn us into Abkhazia and South Ossetia by isolating us from the rest of the world and turning us into a ghetto and the European Gaza Strip,” Vukanovic wrote.

Bosnian Serb Presidency member Milorad Dodik’s said earlier this month that the Serb-dominated Republika Srpska (RS) entity would adopt laws and amendments annulling all the previous laws imposed by the international community’s High Representative in the country, some 140 of them, and withdraw its previous consent to all the major reforms in the country such as the army reform, the reform of the fiscal council, the Indirect Taxation Authority, state police, state intelligence agency and others, returning the competencies earlier transferred to the state back to the entity.
