Muslim World League launches flood aid project in Bosnia

The "Emergency Assistance to Flood-Affected Population" project, organised by the Regional Office of the Muslim World League in Bosnia and Herzegovina, will officially launch Thursday, in Donja Jablanica, the organisation announced.

The initiative will be carried out in all municipalities and towns impacted by recent floods, including Jablanica, Konjic, Fojnica, Kresevo, and Kiseljak.

A total of 1,809 food packages and 3,630 large blankets will be distributed to affected families, with each household receiving one food package and two blankets.

As part of the launch, the Director of the Muslim World League's Regional Office in BiH, Abdullah bin Rahmatullah Qari, will sign an agreement with the Mayor of Jablanica, Emir Muratovic, to facilitate the project. They will also oversee the initial distribution of aid.
