The Interior Ministry of Bosnia’s Republika Srpska (RS) entity urged parents to “pay special attention” to the activities of their children on social media after Interpol informed the institution about a “mass suicide” among youth that was allegedly announced on TikTok for March 3.

The Ministry appealed to all parents, especially those who know that their children have a TikTok profile, to immediately check their children’s activities on social media and to “pay special attention to them these days in terms of constant supervision.”

RS police are checking whether any content related to the mass suicide announcement is being shared on social media.
