He was found guilty of threatening Judge Uzunovic in a video published on the social media platform TikTok alongside Marko Plavsic, shortly before the first-instance verdict was delivered to former RS president Milorad Dodik in February last year.

In the video, Vukovic told Uzunovic to “go home and make coffee” and stated that she had “stirred up a hornet’s nest,” thereby expressing support for Dodik and attempting to intimidate the judge ahead of the verdict.

Plavsic was previously sentenced to one year in prison under a plea agreement.

Vukovic did not attend the pronouncement of the verdict, and the time he spent in custody from February 27 to March 27, 2025, will be credited toward his sentence.

The trial of Vukovic began in mid-December last year.

An appeal against the verdict is allowed before the Court’s Appellate Division, BIRN BiH reports.
