Public consultations open on Bosnia’s 2025 NATO Reform Program

The Commission for Cooperation with NATO of Bosnia and Herzegovina has drafted a new document titled “Bosnia and Herzegovina Reform Program 2025.”

In line with Article 18 of the Rules for Consultations in the Preparation of Legal Regulations, the Commission decided that, beyond state institutions, the wider public should also participate in the consultation process.
The draft program has been published on the official eConsultation platform at https://ekonsultacije.gov.ba/.
Josip Brkic, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Chair of the Commission, invited all interested members of the public, including experts from academia, research institutions, civil society organisations, and media representatives, to submit written comments and suggestions via the platform. Foreign Affairs emphasised that prior registration is required to access the system. All submitted inputs will be reviewed at the next session of the Commission for Cooperation with NATO.
The deadline for submitting comments and proposals is October 25, 2025, according to the Ministry’s statement.
