Qatar Emir honours delegation of Islamic Community in BiH

The ruler of Qatar paid great respect to the Grand Mufti of the Islamic Community in BiH (Rais-ul-ulema) Husein effendi Kavazovic, as well as to the President of the Meshihat of the Islamic Community in Croatia, Mufti Aziz effendi Hasanović, the Sarajevo Mufti, Nedžad ef. Grabus, and the President of the Meshihat of the Islamic Community in Slovenia, Nevzet ef. Poric.

Mufti Hasanovic shared his impressions from this significant gathering of distinguished figures from across the Muslim world.

"A nation is fortunate to have a friend like the Emir of the State of Qatar, Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, by its side. His attitude and the respect he shows towards us, as well as that of the people of Qatar, are truly admirable. We owe great respect and appreciation to him and the entire Al-Thani family," said Hasanovic.

Such meetings serve as an opportunity to highlight the good relations between the State of Qatar and the Islamic Community in BiH, as well as support for the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, stated the Embassy of Qatar in BiH.
