The funds required for the implementation of the election process will be secured through the budget of the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The polling stations affected by the annulment are located primarily in Laktasi, Doboj, and Bratunac. Additionally, the decision covers specific polling stations within the electoral districts of Prijedor, Banja Luka, Stanari, Zvornik, Vlasenica, Nevesinje, Gacko, Rudo, Bileca, and Milici, as well as one polling station in the Brcko District.

The legal conditions for scheduling the repeated vote were met after the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina rejected appeals filed by two political parties.
