Republika Srpska Govt discusses absorbing state judiciary employees

The government of Republika Srpska is currently holding a session to discuss a proposed regulation on the "procedure for the transfer of judges, prosecutors, and employees" who reside in this Bosnian entity but are currently working in the Court, Prosecutor’s Office, and the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Additionally, the agenda includes a proposed regulation on the allocation of direct support funds from the Republika Srpska Solidarity Fund for the energy, mining, fuel, and processing industries.

Ministers will also review an information report on the need to establish legal frameworks for implementing the Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorist Activities. Another key topic is the current situation in student centers and their need for additional funding.

The session also includes discussions on the action plan for implementing the Republika Srpska Strategy for the Development of Preschool, Primary, and Secondary Education for the 2025–2027 period. Additionally, ministers will review the 2024 progress report on the implementation of the entity’s Trade Development Strategy for 2022–2028.
