The acting director of the Official Gazette of Republika Srpska, Milos Lukic, confirmed that the 19th issue of the Official Gazette of Republika Srpska (RS) has been published, containing decrees signed by RS President Milorad Dodik, which ban the operations of state institutions in this Bosnian entity.

As previously announced by Dodik, the Official Gazette includes the Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of RS and the Law on Non-Application of Laws and the Ban on the Activities of Unconstitutional Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina. These measures prohibit the work of the Court of BiH, the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), and the BiH High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) within RS territory.
Additionally, the publication includes the Law on the Special Registry and Public Work of Non-Profit Organizations, amendments to the Criminal Code of Republika Srpska, the Decision on the Immediate Entry into Force of the Law on the HJPC of RS, and the Decision on the Immediate Entry into Force of the Law on the Ban on State Institutions' Operations.
These laws were passed shortly after Dodik was sentenced by the Court of BiH to one year in prison and a six-year ban from holding the office of RS president.
Attention now turns to the legal system, with widespread expectations that the Prosecutor's Office of BiH will take urgent action to halt Dodik and his associates.
