Reserve forces from Hungary and NATO KFOR troops arrive in BiH for Quick Response 2025 exercise

Reserve forces from Hungary and members of KFOR, the international peacekeeping mission in Kosovo led by NATO, entered Bosnia and Herzegovina on Saturday through the Svilaj and Klobuk border crossings.

Their task is to integrate with EUFOR troops already deployed in the area of operations — currently comprising personnel from 25 contributing nations — and to take part in Quick Response 2025, EUFOR’s large annual exercise.
Among the participants in this multinational activity will also be members of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina and local law enforcement agencies.
The main goal of the exercise is to improve the operational readiness of all involved forces and to reaffirm EUFOR’s continued support to its partners in Bosnia and Herzegovina in maintaining a safe and stable environment throughout the country, EUFOR announced.
